Felicity

‘Felicity’ means happiness and this Snail’s lush design is a reminder of the abundance of beauty to be found in nature when we slow down and take time to smell the roses. Felicity was created by Brighton-based artist Katherine Griffin who wanted her snail design to evoke the preiousness of life and its fragility, much like the amazing shells snails inhabit.

Felicity’s spiral shell represents the four seasons, the circle of life and the earth’s rotation around the sun – symbols of time and transition. The Celts believed that foxes were wise creatures who would guide them into the spirit world.
