The Salt Room opened on Brighton’s sea front in February 2015 and has been a firm favourite with the national press and locals alike. Winning Seafish Restaurant of the Year 2017, The Salt Room is a modern British seafood and grill restaurant. Its focus centres on celebrating the fruits of the sea, delivering to the table the finest seafood and grilled meat cooked over charcoal. Our ideology focuses on sustainability, championing local produce and continuing the ethos of sharing plates like its sister restaurant, The Coal Shed.
